The success of the Hollerin’ Contest depends on the generosity of it’s sponsors. No taxpayer monies are used in the planning or implementation of the event. The Spivey’s Corner Volunteer Fire Department is made up of volunteers who put their life on the line for their community. Sponsors of this event will help raise the funds needed to purchase needed equipment, maintain current equipment, and give the fire department the means necessary to better protect their community.
